Kiara is a proud mother of 3 beautiful children all born naturally at home! She is very passionate about supporting women to have a safe and natural birthing experience with all the best support they need thru this magical time of pregnancy, birth and postpartum! She strives to bring the sacredness into this rite of passage of pregnancy and support you as the mama to be well prepared for your birth. Her goal is to support your prenatal journey to be nurturing with shiatsu massage for each prenatal and to offer many complimentary therapies such as herbalism, nutritional support and guidance, flower essence alchemy and aromatherapy. All of these offerings combined to bring you into the balance of mind, body and spirit which will best support the birthing journey, recovery and endless demands of motherhood ahead!
